My Story
In 2001, I had my son and returned to work after 4 months of maternity leave. My husband stayed at home as ‘house husband’ to look after our son.

Having returned to work, I realised that I found myself going downhill and my health was suffering. I felt exhausted, low moods and didn't know how to pick myself up.

I was on 'automatic pilot' at work, my relationship with my family was suffering. I knew I wasn't feeling 'right' so after feeling this way for a few months, a friend suggested that I attend a course that would help me get to the bottom of why I was having health issues. During the course, I had a massive breakthrough and learnt what was at the root of my problem and what I needed to do to get back on track.
What I learnt
Most of us carry beliefs that are installed in us when we are young. They don’t always serve us and they are not always based on the truth.

Eg. Believing I was not good enough never came from those words being said to me. I carried this belief based on some behaviours that I observed from parents, teachers etc that led me to believe (assume), I am not good enough.

What I achieved
Once I realised that thinking ‘I am not good enough’ wasn’t based on fact and only on assumptions, I was able to make changes.

It changed my relationship with my family and friends. I am much more open and feel as if I have unburdened myself with how I was feeling. Also my IBS cleared up which was a real relief! I now feel liberated and know that I can do anything in life I put my mind to.
So why am I telling you this?
I want you to know that I have been there and felt low about myself. Having transformed my own thinking and beliefs, I was keen to learn more so I could help others transform their lives.

I have a Masters in Management, certificate in Neuroscience, I am a Master practitioner in Neuro linguistic programming (NLP) and a Brain-based Health Coach. All of this study has given me tools and techniques that I know work and will make a difference to your life.
